Translation is not merely an instrumental task. It involves making decisions in every paragraph and attending to nuances that are often lost.

In this sense, translation forms part of both my research and my commitment to the circulation of critical, rigorous and accessible thought.

​

Since 2007, I have been working as a translator in the fields of philosophy and the social sciences, with a particular focus on texts related to decolonial thought, Southern Epistemologies and intercultural critique.

​

I have participated in the translation, editing and review of books, book chapters and academic articles from Portuguese into Spanish and Catalan for academic publishers and media outlets.
